As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work directly with the client under the close supervision of a BCBA. Duties include implementing the treatment plan, collecting and recording data on client progress, building supportive relationships with families, ensuring a safe, respectful, and fun learning environment, maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines, and renewing your certification yearly.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will conduct functional behavior assessment, develop individualized treatment plans, train and supervise RBTs on ethical ABA practices, collect and analyze data, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
